"Please know that our success was due in a significant way to the assistance you rendered to us, both in terms of your help in working with us to prepare for the depositions of the plaintiffs' experts, as well as your own opinions, evaluation of the plaintiff, and deposition testimony. That input and work went a long way towards supporting our positions and arguments in this matter so that we were able to convince the court of the correctness of the stance we had taken regarding the prevailing law.
"On a personal note, we enjoyed the opportunity to work with you on this case. Please know that we will keep your name and resume in our expert file. We anticipate that further down the road we will have the opportunity to call upon you again to work with us in regard to the defense of one or more of our clients. We hope that you will be available to do so at that time. Please accept my personal best wishes for your continued success in the future, especially as you undertake your responsibilities as President-elect of the IPA." - Thomas A. Kiepura, Stellato & Schwartz, Attorneys at Law, Chicago, Illinois
